This role will

The ideal candidate will have
proven experience managing renovation projects in the UAE
, with the ability to
read and interpret drawings
, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed
on time, within budget, and to a high standard
.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the
General Manager
on project progress, timelines, and issues
Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously from site setup to handover
Read, understand, and execute architectural and MEP drawings
Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and Dubai regulations
Monitor quality, timelines, and costs across all projects
Carry out regular site inspections and provide progress updates
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Renovation Site Manager or similar role in Dubai
Strong understanding of
villa renovation works
Proven ability to manage
multiple live projects
Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Practical, hands-on approach to site management
Package
Salary:
AED
7,000 - 10,000
per month (depending on experience)
