Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily construction or fit-out activities across multiple sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong site management skills, enforce safety standards, and possess a

valid UAE driving licence

to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, including workforce management of subcontractors, technicians, and laborers. Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects, and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) or snag lists. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures; conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper PPE usage. Coordinate materials delivery, site logistics, and equipment usage. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical clarifications and approvals. Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and site diaries. Supervise site handovers, commissioning, and punch-list closure. Travel between multiple sites as required;

UAE driving license is mandatory

Required Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or trade certificate; Diploma in Civil/Construction/MEP preferred.

2-5 years of experience

as a Site Supervisor in construction, fit-out, or facade projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.

Valid UAE driving licence
