Site Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Site Surveyor

with 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing layouts, ensuring accurate measurements, and supporting project teams to maintain quality and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare accurate plans, layouts, and topographical maps. Measure distances, levels, and angles using surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, and GPS equipment. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure precise implementation of project designs. Verify and monitor construction work to ensure it aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for project documentation. Assist in quantity estimation and material planning based on site measurements. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies during surveying activities. Provide guidance and supervision to junior survey staff or assistants, if applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction site surveying. Proficient in using surveying tools such as Total Station, Theodolite, GPS, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and project specifications. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
