Qualifications English (Required) UAE Driving licence (Required) Diploma (Preferred) Full Site Engineer (Fit-out) Fit-out company looking for a Site Engineer to oversee the Fit-out packages. You will manage projects throughout, supervise staff & technicians, and provide all relevant technical advice. Responsibilities Overseeing the progress of all construction activities. Compile technical and material requirements for project development Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. Implement improvements to design and processes. Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support. Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines. Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities. Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes. Requirements Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 4 years relevant experience. Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings. Familiarity with interior construction tools and equipment. Good communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours. UAE Driving license a must.
