JOB SUMMARY-:



The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing villa renovation activities from client requirement gathering to on-site execution. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their needs, supervising labour teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and monitoring daily progress. The position requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of renovation works, and the ability to deliver projects smoothly within timelines and standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-:



Client Coordination & Requirement Gathering



Meet clients, understand renovation requirements, take measurements, and clarify expectations.

Communicate project scope, timelines, and any changes to the clients professionally.

Site Supervision & Daily Work Monitoring



Oversee labour teams, assign daily tasks, and ensure work is done as per instructions.

Monitor quality, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely progress.

Material Management & Vendor Coordination



Coordinate material requests, check deliveries, and ensure proper usage

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when needed.

Quality Control & Compliance



Inspect completed work, ensure finishing standards, and verify adherence to drawings and requirements.

Report defects and ensure timely corrections.

Reporting & Documentation



Update daily progress, report delays/issues, and maintain site records.

Communicate updates to management and clients regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
