We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Site Supervisor

with a strong background in

steel fabrication

within the

food industry

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

2 years of experience in the UAE

and possess strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and manage on-site fabrication and installation of steel structures and equipment. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to execute tasks efficiently. Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on-site. Monitor the progress of work and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in steel fabrication, preferably in the food industry in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of Autocad

or similar design software is a significant advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively. Good understanding of UAE construction and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or related field. Experience in commercial or industrial steel structure projects.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
