Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a site supervisor or a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully completing projects
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, as well as materials, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce strict safety practices on-site
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with workers, subcontractors, clients, as well as project managers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure
Good time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
