Key Responsibilities
Supervise
site installation and fabrication
of aluminium and glass works (doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, facades, etc.)
Manage and coordinate
site teams, foremen, and installers
Ensure works are executed according to
approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Conduct daily
site inspections
to maintain quality and safety standards
Coordinate with
project engineers, clients, and consultants
Monitor material usage and request materials as per site requirements
Ensure compliance with
UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies
Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, or delays
Ensure proper installation methods and finishing quality
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years experience
as a supervisor in aluminium & glass works
Strong knowledge of:
Aluminium systems (sliding, hinged, bi-fold, curtain wall)
Glass installation (tempered, laminated, smart glass, partitions)
Ability to read and interpret
shop drawings and technical plans
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or technical certification in construction or related field
Experience working with
commercial and residential projects
Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures

Sharjah / UAE (with site visits across UAE as required)
