Key Responsibilities:
Study drawings, specifications, and method statements to plan work sequences according to construction progress.
Ensure the availability of correct materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Supervise daily waterproofing activities and ensure work is carried out as per standards.
Conduct inspections during and after application to ensure quality.
Enforce health and safety rules on-site and conduct toolbox talks.
Coordinate with teams and maintain strong site supervision throughout the project.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent site-related experience.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in waterproofing or related construction work.
Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on-site.
