Site Supervisor
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities :

Supervision & Coordination of Fit-Out / Joinery works at site.
Take handover of new sites and do the site survey to compare with the drawings. Do complete setting out and inform the project engineer of any discrepancies from the drawing.
Coordinate Monitoring the execution of works as per the approved drawings.
Advise and assist subcontractors in the work progress.
Solve technical issues where ever necessary.
Controlling subcontractors to ensure they are working as per correct details.
Maintaining proper housekeeping at site.
Perform snag checks prior to handover of works.
Ensuring the works progress as per the approved works program.
Ensuring the subcontractors' workmen follow the health & safety requirements at all times.
Updating the Site Engineer regarding the daily work activities at site.
Conducting daily Tool Box Meeting at site.

Qualification/Skills :

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Significant experience in turnkey interior fit-out, retail, commercial, residential projects.
At least 5 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill (s): project management, interior design, planning, coordination and supervising.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
