Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a competent and proactive

Site Supervisor - Aluminum & Steel

to oversee the execution of fabrication and installation works at various project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, coordination with technical teams, and hands-on experience with aluminum and steel works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring aluminum and steel fabrication work is carried out as per design and quality standards Manage and monitor site workers, subcontractors, and installation teams Coordinate with project/site engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders for smooth execution Conduct and participate in

technical meetings

related to project planning, updates, and problem-solving Prepare and submit

daily progress reports

(DPRs) to management Ensure all works are completed within the

agreed timelines

and meet safety and quality standards Resolve on-site technical issues in a timely and effective manner Ensure correct installation of materials such as aluminum cladding, pergolas, canopies, gates, and doors Maintain compliance with company and legal safety regulations at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 4-6 years of experience supervising aluminum and steel installation projects in the UAE Proven ability to handle on-site teams and manage project timelines Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation procedures for aluminum and steel structures

Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical fabrication layouts

Proficient in preparing and maintaining site documentation and reports

Valid UAE driving license

is preferred for site mobility and supervision

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and coordination abilities Technical problem-solving and decision-making on site Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus Safety and quality-focused mindset
