Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Manage and oversee the site in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Assess hazards, determine risks and conduct regular inspections
Oversee workers as well as project activities
Review and manage safety hazards
Make sure appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
Prepare and present site inductions as well as safety briefings
Assist the project managers in planning work programs
Settle problems and implement improvements at the site
Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements
Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or a related course
Must have previous experience in this field
The applicant must have good leadership and supervisory skills
Must be a good problem solver
Male candidates are required
Good communication skills with a positive attitude
