Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Oversee and inspect work for the assigned project
Carry out on-site observation and check on work progress
Provide reports on all site matters
Maintain site files, documents, reports and daily work logs
Oversee the work of contractors and ensure the quality and timeliness of their works
Plan work and allocate resources, quality control and completion based on the schedule
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have a relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma
Experience working as a site supervisor in the construction field
Must have excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at once
Good leadership and supervisory skills
Must be a good problem solver
