Job Profile: Production Engineer /Supervisor - Generator Canopy & Steel Fabrication
Position Title: Production Engineer / Supervisor
Reporting To: Project Manager

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Objective:
To ensure day-to-day fabrication and assembly operations run smoothly, safely, and meet production targets and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise steel cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations.
- Coordinate machine operators and fabrication workers across shifts.
- Monitor daily output to align with weekly container delivery targets.
- Interpret fabrication drawings and assist in layout planning.
- Ensure that all operations follow safety protocols and QA/QC procedures.
- Support planning and material control with inventory forecasting.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime of key equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- 3-5 years' experience in metal fabrication or container manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of CNC machines, MIG/TIG welding, and steelwork.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on two-shift production cycles.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily production targets achieved
- First-pass yield and minimal rework
- Safe operation compliance
- On-time shift handover and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
