Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor marble installation works on site.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Manage workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
Take site measurements of Marble work.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance when needed.
Monitor health, safety, and site regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in the
marble/stone industry
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of marble installation and finishing.
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
