We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Site Supervisor

with a background in maintenance to oversee operations at various project sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a maintenance company, a strong understanding of building systems, and be able to manage site activities to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair work at different sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Supervise and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with local standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. Troubleshoot issues, provide on-site solutions, and escalate problems to management when necessary. Manage the procurement of materials and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment. Liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any on-site issues or complaints professionally. Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately, including daily logs, incident reports, and work orders. Monitor and report project progress, keeping within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in a maintenance company/Fit out Firm, preferably in Dubai. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. Knowledge of Dubai's local building codes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic knowledge of project management tools and software.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management company. Candidates must have their own visa. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
