Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site renovation activities.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Manage and direct site workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
Conduct daily site inspections and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Coordinate delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and incident logs.
Identify and resolve issues or delays on-site promptly.
Ensure all site health and safety protocols are followed (OH&S).
Attend and lead site meetings and toolboxes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years UAE work experience.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in residential/commercial renovations.
Strong knowledge of building codes, renovation processes, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Valid driver's license.
[Optional] Trade qualification or construction-related certification (e.g., Carpentry, Site Safety Supervisor Cert).
Preferred:
Experience with heritage or high-end renovations.
Familiarity with project management software or apps.
First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
