We are looking for a Site Supervisor minimum of 3 years of experience in the Aluminium & Glass Industry.
The Site Supervisor will manage on?site installation teams, coordinate daily work activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate has hands?on experience in aluminium and glass installation and strong leadership skills.
Supervise aluminium & glass installation teams at project sites
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, draftsmen, and subcontractors
Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports
Verify site measurements and ensure timely material availability
Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Resolve on?site issues and provide practical solutions
Attend site meetings and communicate updates to management
Ensure proper installation of windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, and glazing systems
