The Site Supervisor will manage on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. This role involves direct supervision of labor and coordination with engineers and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site workforce and daily construction activities
Ensure work execution follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Manage manpower, materials, tools, and site logistics
Monitor work progress and resolve on-site issues
Maintain site discipline and safety compliance
Report daily progress and challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Requirements & Skills:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in construction or engineering field
Proven experience in supervising construction projects in the UAE
Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
UAE Valid Driving License is an advantage
