Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site works and workforce
Ensure quality of installation and workmanship
Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager
Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with regulations
Monitor material usage and work progress
Report daily site activities to management
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing manpower
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Construction or related field
Minimum
3 years' experience
as Site Supervisor
Experience in metal, steel, or aluminium works preferred
Capable of
reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents
Strong comprehension, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage manpower efficiently and meet project deadlines
Knowledge of
site safety regulations
and best practices
Driving license
preferred
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
