Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Oversee joinery works (carpentry, kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture)
Supervise civil works including masonry, gypsum, tiling, and finishing
Coordinate with management, project engineers, and subcontractors
Support management in hiring and allocating site labor
Ensure proper discipline, productivity, and conduct of laborers
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
Monitor site progress and submit regular reports
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on site
Requirements
Minimum
3 years experience
as a Site Supervisor
Solid experience in
joinery and interior fit-out works
Good knowledge of
civil works and finishing
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Valid UAE visa preferred
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Arabic speaking is preferred
Ability to manage labor independently and efficiently
Preferred
Experience in residential & commercial fit-out projects
Ability to handle multiple sites
