Site Supervisor
with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in steel structure construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead site activities, ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery while coordinating with teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site steel structure construction activities.
Lead a team of workers and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
Review and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and construction plans.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and communicate updates to management.
Skills & Attributes:
2-3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with construction safety and compliance standards.
