Job Title: Site Supervisor

:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily site operations and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, manpower, and subcontractors. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and company standards. Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager. Maintain safety standards and ensure all workers follow safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections to

identify issues and ensure timely rectification

. Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory. Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing site tasks.

Resolve site-related problems

promptly and professionally. Should

adapt to the company's work execution strategy

and contribute to smooth and accurate site execution without errors Ensure clean, organized, and compliant work areas at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years

' experience in site supervision (joinery/fit-out/construction preferred). Should have

strong knowledge in interior fit-out

works for commercial buildings, especially

office fit-outs.

Strong knowledge of

site procedures, safety regulations, and project workflows

. Ability to read drawings and understand

technical specifications

.

Good communication

, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

UAE experience

preferred. Should be able to commute to

Abu Dhabi and Dubai

project sites as required
