Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, timeline, and quality standards.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
Monitor site safety and enforce safety regulations.
Manage labor allocation, attendance, and productivity.
Inspect and verify work completion before client or project handover.
Handle site issues and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in UAE (fit-out/interior).
Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, painting, MEP coordination, or related fit-out works.
Ability to read drawings and manage multiple tasks at the site.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Must be available in UAE for interview.
Preferred: UAE Driving License (mandatory).
