Job Description

The primary purpose of the position is to lead a team of carpentry section and maintain harmonious working relationships. As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of all interior works, including labour force, quality control and coordinating with site staff and management.

As a key participant in the relationship with the contractor, other contractors, company and client, you will have a role as a coordinating manager and client interface.

Interpret instructions and related information into meaningful work.

Check and sign work orders and review work plan

Plan & schedule labour, material and equipment efficiently and within set time frames.

Maintain effective lines of communication between the implementation and execution functions.

Maintain and enforce a safe working environment.

Supervise and coordinate training activities

Supervise and participate in the planning, laying out, construction, repair and assembly of temporary and permanent buildings, additions, partitions and wood structures and fixtures.

Plan and schedule work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities.

Estimate time, cost and supplies required for projects.

Direct any rework or modification.

Conduct periodic inspections, determine needs; establish and coordinate program schedules

Ensure that all equipments are safely used.

Coordinate and direct outside contractors and vendors as required.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
