Job Purpose:

We are seeking an

Arabic-speaking Site Supervisor

(preferably Egyptian) to oversee on-site operations, ensure timely project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions for accurate installation. Obtain approvals and clarifications from clients/consultants before execution. Supervise site activities, including installation of toilet cubicles, lockers, and wardrobes. Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and company policies. Report daily site progress and maintain site documentation. Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Travel to project sites across the UAE as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in

interior fit-outs or furniture installation.

Strong knowledge of site measurements, material handling, and installation processes. Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

Fluency in Arabic (preferably Egyptian dialect) and English is mandatory.

UAE driving license is required.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
