About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, excellent leadership ability, and a proactive approach to planning and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

This position involves close collaboration with the Design Project Coordinator to ensure that all works are implemented according to the approved scope, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site activities and labour resources. Coordinate directly with the Design Project Coordinator to clarify drawings, design intent, and scope requirements. Implement and oversee the scope of works on site according to project plans and timelines. Provide clear daily task instructions to the site team to ensure efficient workflow and quality execution. Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports to management. Plan and schedule materials and resources in advance to meet project deadlines and avoid delays. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment at all times. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to company standards and project specifications. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise disruption.

Qualifications & Experience

5 years of experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven experience managing teams and coordinating with design and project management staff. Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with strong attention to detail. Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings, designs, and scope documents. Proactive approach to problem-solving and site coordination. Relevant safety and site supervision certifications (e.g., WHS, OSHA, First Aid, or equivalent) preferred.
