Job Title: Site Supervisor Interior Fit-outJob Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and drawings. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site works, laborers, and subcontractors. Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Engineer/Manager. Plan and organize manpower, materials, and tools at the site. Inspect workmanship and quality of materials delivered to the site. Coordinate with designers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve site issues. Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and material usage records. Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety compliance. Attend site meetings and update progress regularly. Assist in handover, snagging, and rectification works. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (retail, office, or residential). Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Excellent communication and leadership skills. UAE driving license is an advantage.
