Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities and workforce
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
Manage materials, tools, and site requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in technical services, fit-outs, or renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read drawings and plans
Excellent communication and leadership skills
UAE driving license (is a plus)
