Project Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out & Technical Works

Company Qualifications / Requirements

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years supervising interior fit-out projects or construction with hands-on exposure to civil, mechanical (MEP), and technical installations.

Summary:

Experienced in managing and supervising interior fit-out projects with strong technical expertise in civil and MEP works. Skilled in coordinating site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion in compliance with UAE construction standards.

Core Skills & Responsibilities:

Proficient in interior fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishing.

Knowledgeable in electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and other MEP installations.

Capable of reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings.

Ensures site safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.

Manages manpower, materials, and project scheduling for efficient execution.

Coordinates with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

Prepares progress reports, oversees inspections, testing, snagging, and assists in project handover.

Soft Skills:

Leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams on-site.

Excellent communication and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions on site.

Ability to supervise simultaneous works efficiently and ensure timely completion.

Certifications (If any):

UAE Driving License (Preferred)

MEP safety / first aid training.

Project Management or Construction Supervision certification.
