Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site activities to ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards and project specifications. This role involves managing workers, materials, and site logistics while maintaining effective communication between the site and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site operations to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site. Inspect work performed and materials used to verify adherence to project specifications and standards. Prepare daily site reports, including manpower, materials, and progress updates. Report site issues, delays, or discrepancies to the Project Manager promptly. Manage and control materials to avoid wastage and shortages. Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline are maintained. Coordinate inspections and approvals with clients, consultants, or relevant authorities when required. Assist in planning and scheduling work activities based on project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (depending on industry). Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in site supervision (experience requirements may vary by industry). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
