We're Hiring:

Site Supervisor | UAE (Multiple Sites)

Our reputed client is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Salary

: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)

Experience

: 2- 7 years

Role Overview:

Supervise and manage daily site activities across multiple projects Interpret drawings & specifications, guiding subcontractors and skilled workers Coordinate fit-out works including partitioning, ceilings, joinery, flooring, finishes & MEP coordination Schedule material deliveries and ensure timely availability on site Enforce quality control procedures & rectify non-conformities Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards Manage site labor teams (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) and subcontractors Report daily site progress and challenges to the Project Manager

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of UAE experience supervising interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality) India's experience will also work. Technical knowledge of joinery works, finishes & MEP coordination Strong skills in site supervision, labor management & quality control Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting tools Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
