he Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, manage technical teams, and ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services at assigned locations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and practical facilities management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the facilities maintenance team including technicians, cleaners, and support staff
Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities including preventive and reactive maintenance
Conduct daily site walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
Assign work orders to technicians and track completion within agreed timeframes
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the team
Monitor cleaning operations and ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
Coordinate with contractors for specialized services and oversee their work quality
Handle client requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and maintenance supplies
Prepare daily activity reports and update maintenance logs
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with the team
Support the Site Engineer in implementing maintenance schedules
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facilities management with at least 2 years in supervisory role
Hands-on experience with building maintenance operations and MEP systems
Knowledge of safety regulations, HSE standards, and FM best practices
Computer literacy including CAFM systems and MS Office
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Valid driving license
Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies
