Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate and
monitor the work of carpenters, painters, electricians, and subcontractors.
Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications accurately.
Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available as per project requirements.
Maintain quality control and ensure all finishing works meet company and client standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping.
Resolve technical and manpower issues promptly.
Conduct final inspections before project handover
.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or turnkey projects
.
Strong understanding of
fit-out, joinery, and finishing works
.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Excellent team coordination and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of safety practices and site management procedures.
Valid driving license preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
