Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Site Foreman
to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship. The role requires flexibility, as the candidate will be assigned to different project sites across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
Manage workforce and allocate tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company policies.
Monitor site progress and report daily updates to management.
Solve on-site challenges promptly and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Foreman in interior fit-out and joinery works.
Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and high-end interior works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexible to work across multiple sites in Dubai.
