Job Description

We are hiring Supervisor/ Site in charge required for our Interior Fit out Company based in Dubai

Experience: 2-3 years in Interior fit out, Contracting or Building maintenance Industry.

Start Date: Immediately.

Only candidates having a valid UAE driver's license and available to start immediately will be considered



SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills

Expertise in team or department leading & management

Ability to remain calm and work under pressure

Strong work ethic & firm grasp of company policies

Punctuality and time management skills

Professional and a positive attitude with organizational abilities



The Supervisor/Site In charge will be Responsible for efficiently managing workflow, Training new hires

Creating and managing team schedules

Reporting to HR and senior management

Evaluating performance and providing feedback to management

Manage purchases & adhoc duties required for assigned projects

Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months
