Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Site Supervisor

with expertise in interior fit-out works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

civil, MEP, and joinery works

and possess the skills to manage and execute projects to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per project plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor subcontractors and labor teams to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timeline standards.

Coordination:

Coordinate with clients, project managers, and design teams to address on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow. Manage procurement of materials and coordinate timely delivery to the site.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards. Address and resolve any quality concerns or deficiencies on-site.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed daily progress reports, including manpower, materials, and work completed. Track project milestones and report updates to management.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines and regulations on-site.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in supervising interior fit-out projects, including civil, MEP, and joinery works. Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.

Valid UAE Driving License

(is a plus).

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is an advantage.
