Requirements:
4+ years of site supervision experience in the UAE in interior fit-out projects
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
Can read and interpret drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
A Driver's license is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site work and team members
Check the quality of work and ensure it meets design and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors
Keep track of progress, report issues, and solve problems on-site
Maintain site documentation and records
