The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on interior fit-out projects, ensuring that work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role acts as the key link between project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client on site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior fit-out works (joinery, partitions, ceilings, MEP coordination, finishes, etc.).
Ensure adherence to project schedules, specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to ensure cost-effective operations.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of work.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on site.
Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise during execution.
Verify and approve measurements and completed works for billing purposes.
Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules and resource planning.
Represent the company professionally to clients, consultants, and authorities on site.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing details for high-end interiors.
Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices.
UAE Driving License is an Advantage .
