Job Description

Looking for an experienced Supervisor having a good working knowledge in Civil, Electrical , MEP maintenance works, site safety and having valid UAE Driving License.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff and organizing work processes Implementing and enforcing systems, procedures and policies. Monitoring employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training. Setting performance goals that comply with the organization's plans and visions. Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies and procedures. Relaying information from upper management to employees and vice versa. Monitor project progress and reports any issues to the site mangers. Assist in planning and scheduling work activities. Providing training and guidance to workers as needed. Ensure that materials and equipment are used efficiently and keep the company tools with proper care. Maintain accurate records for the work performed and materials used. Supervises and coordinates activities of the civil construction workers. Any other duties as required or related to the mechanical, electrical and civil works. Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.

Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor/Diploma in Civil, Electrical / MEP Fluency in English and Hindi. UAE Experience. Excellent communication skills for effective listening. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Good conflict resolution abilities to improve organizational productivity. Strong leadership skills to create a supportive and motivating work environment. Good interpersonal skills to identify and establish a purposeful team culture. Outstanding time and priority management to manage intense workloads and time constraints. Ability to recognize diversity issues and appreciate their impact on the workplace. Ability to solve problems effectively by choosing suitable solutions.
Salary will be determined by the level of experience and expertise in the trade.
