Bernini Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site coordination, vendor management, and quality control within the

interior design or fit-out sector

.

You will play a key role in ensuring that all site activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate

daily site activities

related to interior fit-out works Ensure work is carried out in accordance with

approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

Monitor progress, workmanship, and site safety compliance Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Prepare

daily and weekly progress reports

Handle on-site technical issues and propose timely solutions Ensure availability of

materials, tools, and manpower

on-site as per schedule Monitor and ensure high standards of

quality control

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and other specialized teams as needed

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

Minimum 1

years of experience

as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of

fit-out methods, materials, and finishes

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and BOQs

Excellent

site coordination and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD

is a plus UAE driving license is an advantage (optional)
