Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and management teams to maintain efficiency and resolve on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications. Monitor worker performance, attendance, and productivity, providing guidance and training where necessary. Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment in line with company policies and legal standards. Manage resources, tools, and materials to avoid delays and wastage. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for project managers and stakeholders. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain effective communication. Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to minimize project disruptions. Ensure quality standards are met and carry out final inspections before project handover.

Qualifications



Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or related industries.
