Site Supervisor
to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material tracking.
Client Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision within the interior fit-out industry, preferably in the UAE.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Education:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
Licenses:
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.
