Joinery Experience Must.
Looking for 3-5 Years of UAE Experience Candidate.
Supervise and manage all joinery activities on the construction site.
Ensure all joinery works (doors, windows, cabinetry, wall panels, ceilings, etc.) are completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate daily site operations, including labor allocation, material deliveries, and equipment use.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Read and interpret construction drawings and joinery shop drawings.
Monitor progress and report updates, issues, or delays to the Project Manager.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, labor hours, and material usage.
Ensure timely execution of joinery works in accordance with the project schedule.
Resolve site issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
