Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

to oversee villa construction, landscaping, and swimming pool projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of construction practices, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and experience in managing site operations, including bar bending schedules. The role requires hands-on supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of villa, landscaping, and pool works. Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and bar bending schedules accurately. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure proper work progress. Monitor materials, labor, and equipment usage on site. Ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with company and client requirements. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager. Solve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively. Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, finishing, and adherence to project timelines. Manage site documentation, including work checklists, permits, and inspection approvals.

Requirements

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in site supervision, preferably in villa construction, landscaping, and pool works. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and structural details. Proficiency in preparing and implementing

bar bending schedules

. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing works. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
