Job Description

Project Supervision:

Overseeing daily site activities, including managing labor, subcontractors, and materials.

Quality Control:

Ensuring work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Resource Management:

Planning and managing materials, equipment, and resources for the project.

Time Management:

Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing solutions.

Client Liaison:

Communicating with clients regarding project progress, variations, and any issues.

Subcontractor Management:

Coordinating and managing subcontractors, including reviewing invoices and ensuring compliance.

Safety Management:

Ensuring a safe working environment and implementing safety procedures.

Document Control:

Maintaining accurate records of project progress, materials, and other relevant documentation.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the fit-out and joinery process.

Cost Control:

Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of interior fit-out and joinery processes, including materials, techniques, and finishes. Experience in managing teams and subcontractors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in the UAE fit-out and joinery market is often preferred.
