We're looking for a well experienced

Site Supervisor (Fit-Out)

with at least

4 years of experience in the same field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works (Factory and Site).

Knowledge of drawings and implementing to site.

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subordinates.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accidental protocol.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents and injuries.

Handling site accident in accordance with established accident protocol.

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety and budget specifications.

Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.

Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

Age Required: 30 to 45 years

Bachelor's degree in "Civil Eng". or related field is required. proven working experience as a site supervisor. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Knowledge in Interior Designing/joinery/Fit Out industry. Self -reliance and ability in #AutoCAD and #Microsoft office. Outstanding #leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem -solving skills. Excellent in English written and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction. With valid UAE Driving License.
