Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction management processes. This role requires ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project milestones. Review contracts and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to guarantee quality control and compliance with blueprints and schematics. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting. Implement OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel. Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial accountability. Provide training and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Strong understanding of construction management principles including project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately. Experience with contracts management and negotiation processes within the construction industry. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is a plus. Ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing when necessary.
