We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee construction activities at our project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure timely completion of work Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality and resolve issues promptly Maintain site safety and enforce health and safety regulations at all times Prepare daily site reports and update project management with progress Ensure that materials and equipment are available as needed Provide guidance and instructions to workers and ensure effective workforce management Identify potential delays or issues and report them to management with solutions Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly Ensure proper documentation of work activities, incidents, and inspections

Requirements:

Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specifications Familiarity with project reporting tools and basic computer skills Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred Valid UAE driving license (if required by company)
