Job Summary:
The Aluminum Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site aluminum and glazing installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities: * Project Supervision & Execution:

• Supervise and monitor the installation of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, and other glazing systems.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, measurements, and alignment.
• Team Management:

• Lead and manage on-site aluminum installation teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all aluminum works meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Report defects, deviations, or delays to the Project Manager.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage/handling.
• Safety & Regulations:

• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA/site safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to aluminum works.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with engineers, architects, clients, and main contractors.
• Attend progress meetings and provide daily/weekly reports.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of daily activities, manpower, and material usage.
• Prepare as-built drawings and completion reports.

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in aluminum/glazing supervision (construction industry).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in reading architectural/structural drawings.
• Knowledge of aluminum fabrication, installation techniques, and sealants.
• Familiarity with relevant codes (ASTM, AAMA, BS standards).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications: OSHA/Safety training (preferred).
